My first career was in various specialty areas of nursing, including faculty positions in diploma and associate degree nursing programs. Over the past 18 years, my private practice in individual, marriage, and family therapy has evolved to include development of an educational seminar company, direct consultation and counseling services for area churches, and creation of a template program for the provision of church-based mental health services and proactive family enrichment.

I can also be found powerwalking the streets of Royal Oak, or puttering in my garden when Michigan weather permits.
